New mounts designed to work with the stock trim tabs. Does require drilling 4 holes into the boat using a 2.5mm drill bit
Come with 4 mounts in black, 2 mounts are extra 
2.5mm screws and nuts
Also with a drill gauge for easy alignment of where to drill.
